Payments & Freezing your Membership
-
If you pay for your Unlimited membership monthly and have completed your minimum contract term/Initial Period, you may be able to take a membership holiday for up to 3 months. During the holiday period your membership will be suspended and we won't take any subscription payments from your account. At the end of your holiday period, your Unlimited card will automatically reactivate and your subscription payments will resume. To request a membership holiday, please complete the "Contact Us" form on our help page.
We'll need to receive your membership holiday request at least 14 days before your next payment date, to allow us time to suspend your next payment. Membership holidays are granted at Cineworld's discretion (typically only once every two years of membership) and are not a contractual right.
-
Please complete our Contact Us form and a member of the Unlimited Team will contact you as soon as possible.

Recommend a Friend
-
For every friend that becomes an Unlimited member, you could gain an extra month free on your existing membership. Not only that, your friend has the benefit of receiving a month free too! You can earn up to a maximum of 12 free months a year. For more information, visit cineworld.co.uk/unlimited-recommend-a-friend
-
Any Unlimited member can take part in the Recommend A Friend Offer, so long as they have a My Cineworld account.
-
All you have to do is apply online for your unique code, send it on to your friends and ask them to apply for their own Unlimited membership using the code when prompted.
To obtain your code, first go to the Recommend a Friend page, enter your Unlimited membership number and your email address. We will then email you the code which you can pass on to your friends. Your friends will be prompted to enter your unique code when they sign up for their own Unlimited membership. The code used by your friends will tell us they are applying as a friend of yours. We will then be able to correctly assign your reward once they have become an Unlimited member, paid their subscription fees and been an active member with us for 90 days.
Your code may be used as many times as you like, although the number of free months you can earn from the code is limited to a maximum of 12 each year (even if the code has been used in connection with more than 12 successful recommendations during that period).
If you share your code with 12 friends and they join Unlimited you could earn a full year of free Unlimited cinema!
From time to time, we may send you posters or other mailings about Recommend a Friend which you may wish to use to recommend Unlimited to your friends.
-
You can apply for your Recommend a Friend code and start recommending friends as soon as you become an Unlimited member.
-
It’s really quite simple. One successful recommendation will earn you one additional month’s worth of Unlimited membership. You can benefit from up to a maximum of 12 free months in a year.
A successful recommendation means the friend (""Friend"") that you have recommended (a) is eligible to join the Unlimited Scheme in accordance with the Unlimited Card Terms and Conditions, (b) is subscribing to the Unlimited scheme for the first time, (c) successfully completes the online application process using the relevant Offer code, and (d) has successfully paid for and completed their first 90 days’ subscription.
Please read our Terms & Conditions for the Recommend a Friend Offer for more details.
-
If your friend signs up for Unlimited, inputs your unique code during the online application process and completes their minimum contract term (which will be either 3 months or 12 months , depending on the way they choose to pay when signing up), they will receive their next month of Unlimited membership free.
In addition to that, once they become an Unlimited member, your friend can make their own recommendations earning more months free for themselves and their friends! -
You may share your Recommend A Friend code with as many friends, family members and colleagues as you like., although the number of free months you can earn from that code is limited to a maximum of 12 each year (even if the code has been used in connection with more than 12 successful recommendations during that period).
-
For Pay-Monthly Members and Pay Upfront (3 Months) Members. The Free Month will usually be applied automatically to qualifying Members' accounts within 6 weeks after the Friend has paid for and completed their first 90 days' subscription (unless the Member is in their first three (3) months of membership, in which case the Free Month will be applied after the expiry of their first 3 months of paid Membership, or a little later once the Friend’s 90 day subscription period has been completed). Members must not cancel their Membership Fee payment for the free month(s) – the relevant direct debit or card payment will be waived automatically and, unless Members have qualified for more than one Free Month, normal payment will be resumed in the following month. Cancelling a direct debit or continuous payment card arrangement will result in the automatic de-activation of Unlimited Cards and loss of any accrued Free Months.
The Free Month for Annual Members or Pay Upfront (12 months) Members. The Free Month will be noted against qualifying Members' accounts within 6 weeks after the Friend has paid for and completed their first 90 days' subscription and will be applied automatically after the end of the paid-for 12 month period (or a little later once the Friend’s 90 day subscription period has been completed). For example, if a Member makes 3 successful recommendations within their paid-for 12 month period, their subscription (and for those Members with a digital membership, their Minimum Term) will automatically extend for an additional (free) 3 months after the end of the 12 month period[EP1] . The Member’s account must be live at the time the Free Month is due to be applied as Free Months cannot be applied to Member’s accounts once their membership has expired.
Please don’t cancel your direct debit or payment card authority as the relevant payment will automatically be waived. Cancelling your payment arrangement will result in the automatic de-activation of your Unlimited Card.
More than one free month earned – if you have qualified for more than one free month, each free month will be applied on the same basis as above and, where a number of successful recommendations have been processed at or around the same time, your free months will be applied to your account on consecutive months.
New members who joined Unlimited using a Recommend a Friend code - If you are the new member who signed up using your friend’s code, your additional free month will be assigned to the first month after the end of your minimum contract term/initial period (ie month 4 if you chose to pay your membership fees 3 months Up Front or monthly, month 13 if you paid for your Unlimited Membership 12 months in advance then month 13), if you pay for your subscription monthly, we will not take a Direct Debit/payment card payment on your usual date. Monthly payments will then resume as normal.
Please click hereto view full terms and conditions of the Recommend a Friend Offer.
Please note: If you cancel your membership, if your membership expires or if your card is deactivated at any time before your accrued free month(s) have been applied to your account or used, you will lose the free months gained by recommending friends. The rewards are only valid whilst you remain an active Unlimited member. -
If you cancel your membership, if your membership expires or if your card is deactivated at any time before your accrued free month(s) have been credited or used, you will lose the free months gained by recommending friends. The rewards are only valid whilst you remain an active member.

These screenings have subtle changes to the cinema environment that means people who have sensory requirements may have a more positive experience than they would in a traditional cinema setting. Changes include the lights and volume being kept on at a low level, the sound being turned down and there are no trailers or advertisements - just the film. Customers are also welcome to bring their own food and drink into the performance.
These screenings usually take place on the first Sunday (first Saturday if visiting Enfield) of every month at all cinemas except for the below:
