How do I cancel an online booking?

No, it is not possible to change part of a booking. If you need to change your booking, you’ll need to cancel the whole booking and then re-book for the screening of your choice. Only the person who made the initial booking can cancel it.
Please make sure you cancel the booking in your My Cineworld account via the My bookings section. A cancellation is available up to 120 minutes (2 hours) prior to the start of the booked performance and only for bookings made directly on the website through a My Cineworld account.
