How do I make a booking online with my Unlimited card?

Can I make changes to an existing booking?

You can change your seats for any new bookings via the link in your booking confirmation email, in your My Cineworld account and within the app. This can be done up to the start time of the film.

Cancellations and refunds can also be made using the booking confirmation email, as long as the request is made 2 hours before the start time of the film, in accordance with our online terms of use.
