How do I make a booking online with my Unlimited card?
-
Yes! Make your bookings online through your My Cineworld account or in the Cineworld App – simple! You’ll need to show your Unlimited Card (plastic or digital) at the cinema together with your ticket. If you booking includes tickets for any other Unlimited members, they’ll also need to show their Unlimited card at the ticket check point too. Any customer who is unable to produce a valid Unlimited Card may be refused admission.
If you can’t make it to a screening you have booked, please make sure you cancel it in the My Bookings section of your online account. Cancellation is available up to 120 minutes (2 hours) prior to the start of the booked performance and only for bookings made directly on the website through your My Cineworld account. Repeated failure to collect booked tickets may be treated as misuse of an Unlimited Card, which could mean that you won’t be allowed to make online ticket bookings in the future.
As mentioned above, Unlimited members on lower tiers can now book for higher ones and pay the uplift online
