  • If you pay for your Unlimited membership monthly and have completed your minimum contract term/Initial Period, you may be able to take a membership holiday for up to 3 months. During the holiday period your membership will be suspended and we won't take any subscription payments from your account. At the end of your holiday period, your Unlimited card will automatically reactivate and your subscription payments will resume. To request a membership holiday, please complete the "Contact Us" form on our help page.


    We'll need to receive your membership holiday request at least 14 days before your next payment date, to allow us time to suspend your next payment. Membership holidays are granted at Cineworld's discretion (typically only once every two years of membership) and are not a contractual right.
