How do I update my Unlimited membership payment details?

For memberships opened on or before October 4th 2024
Please complete our Contact Us form and a member of the Unlimited Team will contact you as soon as possible to assist with updating your Direct Debit details.

For memberships opened after October 4th 2024
Your recurring payment method can be updated by logging into your MyCineworld account via the website only. Once logged in, click Unlimited then select Update Payment Method and you can change the debit/credit card your Unlimited membership is taken from.
