  • Bookings can only be cancelled if booked using a MyCineworld account, up to 2 hours before your scheduled performance. If you choose to cancel your booking, vouchers cannot be refunded and we are unable to reinstate your current voucher code as this will show as redeemed. You can contact our Customer Service team here or via the relevant Social Media channels where a replacement voucher may be offered.

    For Tesco Clubcard Vouchers and Three Mobile customers – If you choose to cancel your performance, Cineworld are unable to provide replacement vouchers for this and you would need to contact Tesco or Three Mobile with proof of cancellation where they may provide you with a replacement voucher. For further information, please check the terms and conditions directly with Tesco or Three Mobile
