  • If your booking times out and your voucher shows as redeemed, you need to contact our Customer Service team here or reach out to us via the relevant Social Media channels where a replacement voucher may be offered.

    For Tesco Clubcard Vouchers and Three Mobile customers – If a booking times out on our website and your voucher shows as redeemed, Cineworld are unable to provide replacement vouchers for this and you would need to contact Tesco or Three Mobile with proof of your void booking, where they themselves will provide you with a replacement voucher. For further information, please check the terms and conditions directly with Tesco or Three Mobile. A member of the Customer Service team or Social Media team can confirm if a booking was successful or void.
