  • How do I report lost property?
  • If you are unhappy with any aspect of your booking or visit to one of our cinemas, we recommend raising your concerns in cinema with the Cineworld team in the first instance.

If you would like to get in touch using the ""Contact Us"" form on our help page. We always welcome customer feedback, good or bad, and we aim to resolve customer issues amicably, so it is important that you let us know about your complaint and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.

If you are still not happy with how we have handled any complaint, you may want to contact the alternative dispute resolution provider we use. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court.

ADR will only be offered once the complaint process has been exhausted.

Alternatively, you may wish to seek your own ADR provider, however Cineworld will not cover any costs of this.
