  • If you have booked tickets online and the screening is cancelled by the cinema, our Customer Service team will endeavour to contact you via the email address you used to book your tickets from, with as much notice as possible. They will also arrange to refund you the full booking amount back to your original payment method, within 3-5 working days. 


    If you have booked tickets directly in the cinema and you arrive to find your screening has been cancelled, please speak to a member of the team who will refund your booking or swap you into any suitable alternative performance.
