For monthly payers or those with a digital Unlimited membership (purchased on after 2nd October 2024): Your membership will automatically continue on a month to month basis after your minimum contract term, unless you tell us you don't want your membership to renew or it is cancelled in accordance with the Unlimited Membership terms.
For Unlimited members with a current annual membership (purchased before 2nd October 2024): If you pay for the Unlimited membership annually your Unlimited membership will not automatically renew and will come to an end after 12 months. We will write to you before the end of your 12 months of membership to let you know it's time to renew.
It’s no longer possible to renew your Unlimited card under the Annual Payment Plan, so for your membership to continue, you’ll need to subscribe to our digital Unlimited Membership. When your current year of Membership expires, simply log in to your My Cineworld account and signup for the new Digital Membership here. Then download the app to retrieve your digital Unlimited card and bookings. You’ll have various payment options to choose from (all with auto renewal) and the ability to cancel your membership easily after your minimum contract term. Find out more about Digital Unlimited Membership and payment options here.
