After your minimum term of either 3 or 12 months, your Unlimited membership will automatically continue on a monthly rolling contract, unless you contact us to cancel in accordance with the Unlimited Terms & Conditions.
Our Customer Service team will contact you via email towards the end of your minimum term, to confirm your account is due to renew.
For annual memberships – If you have a 12-month annual subscription, it is no longer possible to renew this membership for another 12 months. If you wish to continue with an annual subscription rather than a monthly rolling contract, you will need to contact the Customer Service team via our Contact Us form and schedule the closure of your current annual membership. Once your membership is closed, you will then need to apply for a new annual membership HERE
