  • If your booking has been moved to a different screen, the Customer Service team will email you confirming the change, along with your new seat numbers. The cinema team will endeavour to match your new seats to a position as close as possible to the one you originally booked.

     

    If you find you are dissatisfied with your new seats, you can either choose to cancel your booking and rebook new seats of your choice (provided your booking was made using a MyCineworld account and is not within 2 hours of your film starting), or you can speak to a member of the team in-cinema who can swap your seats, subject to availability.
