How do I get a refund?

Tickets are only refundable if booked via a My Cineworld account and can be cancelled for a refund 2 hours before the start of a performance.
All tickets purchased online and in-cinema, remain non-refundable as per our terms and conditions that can be found here.
Cineworld is unable to return the Voucher to your Tesco Clubcard account and instead will provide a replacement vouchers, of the same value, if required.
