How do I get a refund?

Tickets are only refundable if booked via a My Cineworld account and can be cancelled for a refund 2 hours before the start of a performance.
All tickets purchased online and in-cinema, remain non-refundable as per our terms and conditions that can be found here.
If you choose to cancel your booking, you will need to contact Tesco with proof of cancellation, where they will provide you with a replacement voucher.
